The MBM Holiday Gift Guide

Happy Holidays, beauties!

I know Thanksgiving hasn’t even arrived yet, but I’m one of those people that like to be extremely pro-active when it comes to holiday gift giving, and get it done pronto. In effort to help you guys make some decisions when it comes to what you give your loved ones this holiday season, I’ve created a gift guide for you.

A lot of these things were added because of my biased nature….yes I personally love everything in this list. So if you’re like me at all, you’ll totally dig these items.

OKAY. Here we go.

1. Skoop B-Strong Plant-Based Protein

I really dig this protein. I don’t recommend protein powders often, but I am a HUGE fan of Skoop (which might be why I work there) but it’s mostly because I really respect the integrity of the product and ingredients.

Skoop B-Strong (cute name, right?) is a non-GMO plant-based protein powder made with:

-16 grams of high quality brown rice and pea protein

-Prebiotic fibres for a well-nourished gut

-A complete amino acid profile

-Easily digestible and absorbable nutrition

Since I do work at the company, I have my own distributor link. Full disclosure: when you order from my link, I get 25% of the cost you order. And then, another percentage is given to the Chef Ann Foundation to give to a school in the form of a grant in order to give fresh produce and nutrition education to students. So when you purchase from me, you’re helping me with my podcasting funds, you’re providing students with fresh produce, and you’re also giving your loved one (or yourself!) the gift of delicious, whole food nutrition. This is a present with a mission. Mission nutrition, that is.

2. The Blonde Vegan Apparel

You may remember Jordan from the time she was on my podcast in Episode 20, but did you know she has her own amazing clothing line?

Yeah, and it’s adorable.

Check out her stuff, like this Balance shirt, here: theblondevegan.com/shop-2/

3. Sexy By Nature

Every woman can benefit from this book somehow, young or old. Stefani Ruper empowers women day after day through with her incredible knowledge, and this book is a way to get a taste of what she’s all about.

If you are looking for a great gift for a wife, daughter, girl friend or cousin, this is it! Order here: http://amzn.to/1y8zsOo

4. Bastille “Bad Blood”

This just happens to be my favourite band.

If you’ve ever heard their song Pompeii, you already know they are great, but honestly, the rest of their album is even more amazing. My theme song for this entire year is Flaws. Not because I’m a flaw or anything like that, but simply because I listen to it daily.

If you’re super cool, get it on vinyl. Check it: http://ow.ly/EOaEP

5. George Foreman Grill

THIS.

Because who doesn’t want to have their own?

Even though I’m single I still like grilled foods too, ya know. This one is great quality and can grill up anything from meat to pineapple and paninis…if you dare.

Get your grill on here: http://amzn.to/1zlh8A3

Let me know if you have any questions about these items!
