The Feminine Spirit School is audio-based, whereas the Sisu Society is mostly video.

The Feminine Spirit School is curated and will take you on a linear quest so that there is no overwhelm. Your path is set, all you have to do is follow it. In the Sisu Society, you are given a wide range of material and lessons, provided in a non-linear fashion.

The Feminine Spirit School creates a strong foundation with a blend of knowledge, practice and reflection, whereas the Sisu Society is filled with double the amount of embodiment practice and is for a more experienced practitioner.
