The Shapeshifter Facilitator Training is structured around four intentional phases, each skill is designed as a clear, powerful blueprint to help you shift shapes as needed and cultivate your energetic mastery so you can hold groups with profound ease, execute transformation, lead with confidence and thrive in your life’s work.

Reading Energy

BEFORE YOU CAN SHIFT A SPACE, YOU MUST TRULY SEE IT.

In this first phase, you'll become sharply attuned to the invisible layers of energy, learning to read the room, the body, the breath, and the subtle cues beneath words.

You'll train your system to sense/see what's alive and what's stuck. What's being spoken and what's being avoided. What's aching to move, to be witnessed, to be freed.

This level of awareness will give you the power to direct energy precision. You'll understand how to track energetic threads across time and space, name what's unspoken, and take radical responsibility for your own presence in the field.

YOU WILL LEARN TO:

  • Read the energetic and emotional field of any room with sharp accuracy, from the subtlest shifts to the loudest ruptures

  • Track micro-expressions, body language, breath patterns, and somatic cues that signal where the energy is headed

  • Pinpoint blocks, leaks, or kinks in the field: in yourself, in individuals, and in the group, before they derail the space

  • Sense exactly where liberation wants to happen, and position yourself to meet and move it in real time

Holding Energy

ONCE YOU CAN READ THE ROOM, YOU HAVE TO LEARN HOW TO STAY WITH IT.

This phase is about increasing your capacity, so you can hold more sensation, more intensity, more truth, without collapsing, checking out, or needing to fix.

You'll develop the nervous system resilience to remain grounded in the face of charge. To sit with discomfort, grief, chaos, and wild aliveness without shrinking or rushing to soothe. You'll learn how to become a stable anchor, so your clients, students, or community can meet themselves more deeply inside the safety you embody.

YOU WILL LEARN TO:

  • Expand your capacity to hold emotional and energetic intensity without freezing or fragmenting

  • Stay rooted in sensation, neither bypassing nor absorbing, even when the room is charged or chaotic

  • Build somatic practices to regulate your own system so you remain the clearest person in the space

  • Cultivate the kind of anchored presence that invites others to drop their guard, soften, and meet themselves more fully

Impacting Energy

NOW THAT YOU CAN READ AND HOLD ENERGY, YOU EARN THE RIGHT TO MOVE IT.

This phase teaches you how to work with precision: to shift a space, catalyze insight, or unlock emotion without overpowering or performing. You'll explore how your voice, body, language, and presence impact a room in real time, and how to use that impact with intention.

You'll also begin to learn how to integrate Madelyn’s core modality Sacred Theater Somatics™ into your own tools and practices, to amplify your essence and lived experience into your work.

Instead of getting all caught up in details and how “hard” it can be to travel - decide you’re going to be there and watch how the pieces come together. Your conviction is what makes everything possible.

  • This training is ideal for those who are already space-holders in some capacity and have a foundational practice of embodiment.

  • That’s understandable. Humans are notorious for passionate beginnings and slow, fading drop offs. The thing about Shapeshifter is that it’s not about content. It’s about your energetic capacity.
