I’ve wasted so much time slaying over numbers, tracking my “progress” with food, and obsessively monitoring my fitness. I was not controlling my fitness regime, my fitness regime was controlling me.
The numbers, the miles, the calories, the grams, the times…ugh. All of it. If you want some help with this, I recommend you leave the numbers in the dust and do this instead.
