Giving Yourself Permission for Other Priorities

“I wish I could look like that, but I don’t have the willpower.”

“I could never compete, I love food too much.”

“I don’t have nearly enough self-control to have that kind of body.”

In this episode, I discuss with you why you should stop saying you don’t have the “willpower” to do something, or you don’t have enough “self-control” to look like a fitness model.

It’s not about self-control, will power, discipline, or any of that. It kills me when people look at models and put themselves down because they don’t have the inner “drive” to look that way.

It couldn’t be any further from the truth.

It’s actually because you have priorities. And I admire that. Now, it’s your turn to admire yourself for that.
