Heather Kelly: Eating Psychology Practices and the Benefits of a Paleo Template

Episode 16: Heather Kelly is the owner and operator of OPENutrition. She is an evolutionary sports nutritionist and Psychology of Eating Coach, traveling across the country offering seminars on performance nutrition and mind body nutrition.Over the past few years, Heather has worked with hundreds of people one on one to help them improve their diet and relationship with food. Heather strives to help her clients reach their athletic goals, improve their body composition, as well as cultivate a healthy and satisfying experience with diet.Heather went on to study at the Institute for the Psychology of Eating in Boulder, Colorado and is now a certified psychology of eating coach.Heather also feels that it is critical to address the psychological components of what we eat and is excited to teach everyone about mind-body nutrition.Here's what we talk about:
