Episode 16: Heather Kelly is the owner and operator of OPENutrition. She is an evolutionary sports nutritionist and Psychology of Eating Coach, traveling across the country offering seminars on performance nutrition and mind body nutrition.Over the past few years, Heather has worked with hundreds of people one on one to help them improve their diet and relationship with food.
