6 Ways to Manifest What You Want

Episode 124: In this episode of the Mind Body Musings Podcast, I'm going to teach you 6 ways to manifest what it is that you want. Dreaming of a supportive relationship? Desire to move to New York City? Find yourself day dreaming about a promotion? Know you're capable of more but you're feeling "stuck" in your career, relationship and finances?Manifestation, or The Law of Attraction, is a practice in which you do your part to meet the universe halfway. A common misconception is that with manifestation you just sit around and do nothing but think about a brand new car. Meh, that's not really the case.You have to work both on your mindset and your actions. As you think, visualize and concentrate on what it is that you want, you will cultivate a positive energy that will, in return, attract what it is that you desire.
