How do you know when you’ve arrived in “moderation land” with the amount of food you eat?

I get it, it’s tough. Balance is the one thing we are not taught in the media…we know how to diet. We know how to binge. But how do we know when we’ve landed in this mystically unicorn land called balance? Here’s what I have to say about it.
